Terms & Conditions
These terms keep the working relationship clear and fair for both sides. By submitting a project request, you agree to the process described here.
Website usage
- The website is for browsing services and submitting genuine project requests.
- Spam, false information or misuse of forms may result in requests being marked as spam and blocked.
Service request process
- Submitting a requirement is free and creates no obligation on either side.
- A submitted request is a starting point for discussion, not a confirmed order.
- Projects are confirmed only after written quotation approval and advance payment.
Quotation process
- Quotations are written and include scope, price, timeline, revision count and payment terms.
- Quotations are valid for the period mentioned on them (typically 15 days).
- Work outside the quoted scope is charged separately, always with prior discussion.
Payment terms
- Projects start after 40–50% advance payment.
- Final delivery happens after full payment.
- Accepted methods: UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, payment links and invoice-based payment.
Client responsibility
- Provide accurate requirements, content and files on time.
- Delays in providing content extend the timeline accordingly.
- Ensure you have rights to all content and files you share.
Developer responsibility
- Deliver work matching the agreed written scope.
- Communicate progress and delays honestly.
- Keep your files and data secure and confidential.
Delivery rule
- A preview/review version is shared before final delivery.
- Final delivery (files, access, credentials) happens after final payment.
- Source code is included only when specified in the package or agreement.

- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Taxes (GST)
- Quoted prices are exclusive of taxes.
- GST is charged extra where applicable, at the prevailing rate, and shown separately on the invoice.
Confidentiality & NDA
- Your ideas, files and business information are kept confidential and used only to deliver your project.
- If your project needs it, a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed before you share sensitive details — just ask before we start.
Limitation of liability
- Work is delivered to the agreed scope with due care and skill.
- Skilloura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
- Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service in question.
- Skilloura is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (hosting, domains, payment gateways, paid APIs) or by content/access the client provides.
Force majeure & delays
- Neither side is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control — internet/power outages, natural events, third-party service failures, illness or government action.
- Timelines pause during such events and resume once normal working conditions return.
- Delays caused by late client feedback or content extend the timeline accordingly.
Governing law & dispute resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- We aim to resolve any concern amicably through direct discussion first.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.
