Basic packages include 1 revision, standard 2 and premium 3. Revision means improvement within the agreed scope — new features or a complete redesign are quoted separately, and we always tell you before any extra cost.
Yes. The project form supports logos, images, videos, PDFs and documents. Files are stored securely, linked only to your request and never shared publicly.
Yes — monthly maintenance plans start at ₹1,999/month. Domain, hosting, paid APIs and ad spend are separate third-party costs unless they are written into the final quote.

Pricing is transparent and based on your scope: pages/screens, features, integrations, deadline, domain/hosting setup and maintenance needs. You see a clear guide price while filling the form, then the final written quote confirms the exact amount — before any commitment. Third-party costs (domain, hosting, paid APIs) are always listed separately.
Always. You get a preview/review version first, revisions happen, and only after your approval and final payment is the project delivered with all files and access.
You do. Domain, hosting and accounts are set up in your name. Source code handover is defined clearly in the agreement — included in most custom projects.

Yes — every payment comes with a proper invoice, and a GST invoice is provided where applicable. Share your GST number and it's added to the invoice.
Faster timelines are possible for many projects with a small rush charge, depending on the scope and current workload. Mention your deadline in the form and we'll confirm what's realistic — before you commit.
No problem. We'll guide you on what's needed, use clean placeholders to start, and suggest stock or AI options. Professional copywriting or photography can be arranged as an add-on.
Yes. We can set up domain and hosting on your behalf and register them in your name — you always own them. These are third-party costs, billed separately or reimbursed, and listed clearly in the quote.
Yes — for custom projects the source code is handed over as part of delivery when it's included in your package. Whether it's included is always stated clearly in the written scope, so there are no surprises.
The timeline simply pauses until your feedback arrives, then continues from where we left off. Nothing is lost — long delays may shift the final delivery date, that's all.
Yes. Larger projects can be split into milestones — a payment at each stage instead of one big amount. We agree the milestones in writing before any work starts.
Yes. A quotation is free and no-obligation — you can cancel before paying the advance at no cost. Once work has started, cancellation follows the written refund policy.
Yes. Every project includes a short post-delivery support window for fixes, plus optional monthly care plans (from ₹1,999/month) for ongoing updates, backups and monitoring.
Yes. For websites, apps and tools you get a short walkthrough video and documentation, so you or your team can handle everyday updates confidently.
Yes. Changes within your included revisions are completed before final delivery. After delivery, new changes are quoted as a small task or covered under a maintenance plan.
