- To deliver the project and provide support afterwards.

How uploaded files are used
- Files are used only to understand and execute your project.
- Files are stored securely and are not publicly accessible.
- Files are never shared with third parties except tools strictly required to deliver your project (e.g. hosting your website).
- You can request deletion of your files at any time.
How email/phone is used
- To respond to your project request or message.
- To send project updates, quotations and invoices.
- No spam, no cold marketing blasts, and your contact details are never sold.
Data security
- The website uses HTTPS encryption.
- Admin access is protected by authentication and role-based permissions.
- Uploaded files are validated and stored in a private location.
- Regular backups protect against data loss.
Data deletion request
- Email contact@skilloura.com with the request and your submitted details.
- Your lead data and files will be permanently deleted within 7 working days, unless legally required for invoicing records.
Cookies & analytics
- The site uses essential cookies for basic functionality and Google Analytics to understand general, aggregated usage (pages visited, device type).
- Analytics data is aggregated, never sold, and never used for third-party advertising.
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings — the site remains usable.
Third-party tools we use
- Hosting & deployment — to run the website and store your data securely.
- Email delivery — to send confirmations, quotations and invoices.
- Google Analytics — aggregated usage insights only.
- Payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay) — only when you make a payment; card details are handled by the gateway and never stored by us.
- WhatsApp — only if you choose to contact us there.
- Each tool receives only the minimum data needed to do its job.
Data retention & file deletion timeline
- Lead and project data is kept while your project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and records.
- Uploaded files are deleted within 60 days of project closure — unless you ask us to keep them for ongoing maintenance, or retention is legally required.
- Invoicing and tax records may be retained as required by Indian law.
- You can request earlier deletion any time at contact@skilloura.com (processed within 7 working days).
